Punjab News: The Punjab Cabinet Minister Aman Arora opened the retail vegetable market to the citizens of Sunam city on Saturday, reiterating the Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann‘s commitment to completing every project with good intentions and an honest vision.
Aman Arora’s Ambitious Vision Realized with Sunam’s New Vegetable Market
During the opening of the retail vegetable market, Cabinet Minister Aman Arora said that the development of this market was his dream project and that it would relieve hundreds of street vendors who had to stand for hours on end on the sides of the road from Mata Modi Chowk to Shiv Niketan Chowk to conduct business for decades because previous governments had not taken into account the issues faced by the people and the street vendors in the old vegetable market as a result of various factors. For the benefit of the public, he said that huge capacity parking lots, restrooms, etc. had also been built, and that shed construction would soon follow. Aman Arora, Cabinet Minister, also gave 116 Rehdi-fadhi owners allotment letters at this time. The Cabinet Minister congratulated them and noted that after creating 160 fadhs (vends), these distributions have been provided to the less fortunate through a transparent mechanism, allowing them to earn a reasonable income.
Cabinet Minister Highlights Bhagwant Mann’s Comprehensive Welfare Initiatives
The Cabinet Minister stated that many welfare programmes, such as those for education, health, government employment, and free electricity, are administered in the public interest. He claimed that Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann had given out grants worth tens of millions of dollars for the comprehensive development of the Sunam assembly constituency, of which Rs 3.28 crores were being used to renovate the Government Industrial Training Centre Sunam, with 99 percent of the work already finished. at addition to building electrical grids at Sunam and Elwal and widening roads on both sides of the railway line at Indira Basti, he claimed that for the players’ comfort, a sports stadium worth Rs. 1.87 crores was also being erected at the government ITI. There are several such projects that are finishing up quickly, one of which is a natural park for Sunam locals that would cost Rs 62 lakhs. He claimed that their government was also constructing two prestigious schools in Sunam as well as two Aam Aadmi Clinics. On this day, he also purchased veggies from a vendor who recently received a place in the market to sell vegetables.
Cabinet Minister Aman Arora Inaugurates Rs. 1.25 Crore Sunam Vegetable Market in Just 8 Months
In his city, the minister opens a retail vegetable market that cost Rs. 1.25 crore and took just 8 months to build. Hanghi Khan, the Rehari Fadhi Union’s head, congratulated Cabinet Minister Aman Arora on this occasion and expressed gratitude for the government’s generosity, saying that it will undoubtedly ease the problem of traffic and stray animals in the market. The union members also recognised Aman Arora, a Cabinet Minister, and Mukesh Juneja, the chairman of the Market Committee Sunam, for bringing this project to fruition. Both Senior Vice President Asha Bajaj and President of the Municipal Council Nishan Singh Tony spoke on the occasion.
