Suddenly a large billboard in Zirakpur, Mohali, crashed to the ground. Those in the vicinity reported a loud noise like to a bomb as soon as the hoarding fell. Five parked cars were struck by this billboard, shattering their glass and crushing the roofs. The pedestrians on the road became alarmed by this accident and began to scan the area.
