On September 13, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will dedicate to the local people security personnel-equipped student transport vehicles, School of Eminence, and other education-related services.
To examine the arrangements for the function here today, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Amit Talwar met with representatives of the district administration, police, municipal corporation, and other departments. Speaking to the audience, Talwar announced that Aam Aadmi Party chairman Arvind Kejriwal, all of the ministers in the Punjab Cabinet, MLAs, and other leaders will be present.
He said that the CM would go to Chheharta’s School of Eminence. After that, he would pledge his services to the community at a gathering that would take place on Ranjit Avenue.
What all will be dedicated?
According to the DC, at least 50,000 people were expected to attend the event. He said that the CM would dedicate School of Eminence, transportation, other services, and security personnel to students in Punjab. Naunihal Singh, the police commissioner, spoke with officials on traffic and security measures. He gave instructions to make sure that everyone was safe and had unrestricted access to the event.
Deputy Commissioner of Police Parminder Singh Bhandal, Additional Deputy Commissioner Harpreet Singh, Municipal Commissioner Rahul, and district leaders from other departments attended the meeting.
