Waris Punjab De Chief Amritpal Singh was arrested in Moga district by Punjab Police on Sunday morning. Now, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has reacted to the same. In a video message, the Punjab CM said that stringent measures will be taken against those who try to disrupt the peace of the country.

We don’t do Vendetta Politics: AAP CM
The chief minister said that after 35 days, Amritpal Singh has finally been arrested. He added that the AAP government in Punjab is not keen on Vendetta politics and vowed not to disturb those who are innocent.
“…It had been 35 days. Today Amritpal Singh was arrested. Action will be taken against those who try to disrupt the country’s peace and law. We will not disturb any innocent person. We don’t do vendetta politics…,” the CM said.

Amritpal Singh was arrested by the police and taken to the central jail in Assam’s Dibrugarh on Sunday. Confirming the arrest, Punjab Police asked people to maintain peace and refrain from sharing fake news. “Amritpal Singh arrested in Moga, Punjab. Further details will be shared by Punjab Police. Urge citizens to maintain peace and harmony, Don’t share any fake news, always verify and share,” police tweeted.
