The first group of school headmasters has set off for training at the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad, a significant day according to Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. Mann compared the impact of updated teachers on students to that of good coaches on players, highlighting the role of teachers in shaping the future of students.

In contrast, he emphasized his regular involvement in various events to address the needs of every section of society.
Mann also discussed his efforts to regularize the services of 12,710 teachers, aiming to secure their future as he believes that teachers’ well-being is crucial in transforming the destiny of their students.
