Each Mukh Mantri Sahayta Kendra is equipped with essential amenities such as seating arrangements and drinking water facilities, ensuring comfort for visitors seeking assistance. The functioning of these centers is closely monitored by designated field officers under the direct oversight of the Chief Minister.

A dedicated software has been developed to track the status of complaints in real-time, visible on the CM’s dashboard. If a complaint remains unresolved at the district level, it is promptly escalated to senior administrative officers within three days. Administrative Secretaries and District Collectors (DCs) will utilize this software to monitor and manage the progress of each complaint, ensuring transparency and accountability in the grievance redressal process.

To further streamline public interaction and feedback, CM Bhagwant Mann has designated Thursdays exclusively for public hearings at these centers, underscoring the government’s commitment to responsive governance. Plans are also underway to introduce a token system in district offices, facilitating orderly meetings between the public and administrative officials.

The establishment and operationalization of Mukh Mantri Sahayta Kendras mark a significant milestone in the AAP-led government’s efforts to prioritize citizen welfare and ensure efficient governance across Punjab.
