Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann said that the Aam Aadmi Party government has completely eradicated corruption and mafia from Punjab. In the last one year, action was taken against hundreds of corrupt officers, employees and leaders and they were sent to jail. During the previous governments, land mafia, sand mafia, cable mafia and drugs mafia were dominant in Punjab because the people in power used to patronize them.
The AAP government established transparent governance and eliminated them.
Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann was addressing a gathering during a road show taken out in favor of AAP candidate Sushil Kumar Rinku in various areas of Halka Nakodar on Friday. The Chief Minister took out a road show from Bilga to Nurmahal in Nakodar.
Education and health facilities in Punjab
Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann said that after forming the government in Punjab, we first started improving government hospitals and government schools. World class schools are now being built in Punjab like Delhi. Like education, our government has also started a health revolution in Punjab.
CM Mann said that within one year of the formation of the government, more than 500 mohalla clinics were set up in the state. On Friday, 80 more Mohalla clinics were started in the state. On the issue of employment, the Chief Minister said that we have given government jobs to more than 28,000 youth of Punjab in just one year. In the coming days, a large number of government jobs will be recruited for the future of the youth.
Dasuha-Hajipur Road Name Sardar Jassa Singh Ramgarhia
Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann announced to name the Dasuha-Hajipur road after Sardar Jassa Singh Ramgarhia to make the young generation aware of the rich heritage of the state. The Chief Minister made this announcement on the 300th birth anniversary of the great warrior Sardar Jassa Singh Ramgarhia. He also congratulated the people.
