Rajasthan News: Despite receiving a stunning Rs 1 crore in bids for his lamb, which has an Urdu writing on its belly, a shepherd in Rajasthan’s Churu area has refused to sell it. Due to its astounding price, this lamb has become a hot topic of conversation not just in Taranagar but also in the adjacent villages.
The Meaning and Significance of ‘786’ Inscribed on the Shepherd’s Lamb
Raju Singh, the owner, claimed he had no idea what the writing on the lamb’s body meant. But after speaking with other Muslims, he learned that the animal’s body was inscribed with the numbers “786.” In Islam, the number “786” is revered.
The Lamb with a Priceless Symbol Finds Protection and Care
Singh claimed that despite how much it signifies to Muslims, he is unable to sell the horse since it is very “dear” to him. “Last year, a female sheep gave birth to a male kid, and today, people are placing bids on it. Even though I’m not ready to sell, people are making offers of Rs 70 lakh for the lamb, the shepherd claimed. Since the large bid, the lamb has received special attention. Pomegranate, papaya, bindola, millets, and green vegetables are fed to it. Singh claimed that for security purposes, he now keeps the lamb inside his home.
