JDA’s bulldozer has finally moved on the house of Bhupendra Saran, the mastermind of leaking the teacher recruitment examination paper.
With the decision of the JDA Tribunal Court coming at 4 pm, the JDA started vandalism on the spot. Earlier, JDA was stationed outside Saran’s house since morning with full force and was waiting for the decision of the tribunal court. JDA started its action only 15 minutes after the judge pronounced the order and issued a copy of the order.
JDA had broken the front part of the house
At around 6 in the evening (till the sun sets), JDA had broken the front part of the house. However, from tomorrow on the spot, 15 feet portion of Lokanda machine front will be cut and 8.3 feet portion of the rear will be cut off. After this both these separated parts will be dropped through manual and machines.
The court had ordered JDA not to take action till the completion of the hearing
Yesterday, after filing an appeal on behalf of Saran’s wife, brother-in-law, the court while issuing notice to JDA asked it to present its stand today. The court had ordered JDA not to take action till the completion of the hearing. During the hearing on the case in JDA’s tribunal court today, on behalf of Bhupendra Saran, his lawyer accepted that the construction is illegal and said that we will remove it at our level.
For this, the advocate also sought 15 days time from the court. But after hearing all the arguments of the appellant, the court dismissed the petition and ordered the JDA to remove the illegal part and not to damage the part of the construction done as per the site plan.
