In a significant initiative, the “Ancient Temple Reconstruction Pledge Journey” was inaugurated at the Jawahar Kala Kendra. Various religious leaders, in the presence of Shri Galataji, the head of the prominent Vaishnav sect Shri Galataji, took part in the ceremony, marking a collaborative effort to revitalize temples across the country.
Balmukundacharya Highlights the Need for India to Become a Global Spiritual Hub
Addressing the gathering, legislator Balmukundacharya, the main guest and occupant of the Hawa Mahal seat, emphasized that the time has come for India to reclaim its position as a global spiritual leader. Despite challenges, he expressed confidence that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the nation would regain its past glory.
Journey to Cover All Districts of Rajasthan and Extend Nationally
The journey is slated to cover all districts of Rajasthan and subsequently extend its reach across the entire country. During the pilgrimage, various temples will undergo restoration, and new idols will replace damaged ones. The aim is to also facilitate cultural and artistic education and distribute prasad and meals from temple kitchens to the needy.
Dr. Pankaj Singh, Director of NIMS Hospital and University, and a member of the BJP Medical Cell’s State Executive Committee, announced that medical facilities would be provided by NIMS Hospital during the journey.
