During the surprise checks, Minister Dilawar found instances of teachers arriving late, as evident from the attendance registers. Expressing concern, he instructed officials to promptly address and rectify the sanitation issues in the schools.
Minister Issues Notices for Teacher Absences, Calls for Strict Measures on Leave Approval
Post-inspection, the minister issued directives that no teacher should take voluntary leave without proper approval, emphasizing the need for implementing a system ensuring competent approval for all teacher leaves in every school.
Minister Dilawar initiated the surprise inspections at the government school in Sanganer Panchayat. He scrutinized attendance registers and inquired about the staff present at the school. Notices were issued to teachers who were found absent, seeking explanations for their absence. Additionally, the district education officer was directed to submit a report on absent teachers across the inspected schools.
Addressing the media, Dilawar stated, “Irregularities have been identified in several schools concerning cleanliness arrangements. Schools have been instructed that any future negligence will result in staff, including the principal, being relocated elsewhere.”
