LPG cylinder explosion: A cooking gas cylinder explosion in Rajasthan’s Jodhpur killed four people on Saturday. In addition, 16 individuals were injured in the explosion. The injured were transferred to Jodhpur’s Mahatma Gandhi Hospital for treatment.
The explosion occurred in the Magra Punjla region of Jodhpur, in a residential complex. The victims were burned alive, and their bodies had to be extricated by firemen.

District Collector, Himanshu Gupta has launched an investigation and promised that anyone found to be involved will be prosecuted in accordance with the law.
According to ACP (Mandore) Rajendra Prasad Diwakar, over a dozen LPG cylinders spontaneously exploded in a residence where the cylinders were stored, and the individual has been identified as a supplier named Bhomaram Lohar.
The cause of the mishap, according to Diwakar, is still unknown. “Three children and an elderly guy were severely burned and perished on the spot.” Sixteen more people were sent to the hospital. “Some of them are in critical condition,” Diwakar said, according to PTI.
According to Meerut Inspector General of Police Praveen Kumar, the bomb occurred while dinner was being prepared at the house in Babloo Garden Colony in Loni. According to officials, the impact of LPG cylinder explosion was so powerful that the house’s walls and linter became debris, burying the six individuals within.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath offered his condolences for the fatalities and urged officials to provide sufficient treatment to those who were hurt.
