Paper leak case: Speaking on the second day of Chintan Shivir on Tuesday, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot stated that his government was taking legal action against those responsible for the paper leak.
In a media briefing earlier on Monday, Deputy CM Sachin Pilot demanded a thorough investigation into the paper leak. He said, “I am saddened and in anguish when I get to know of such incidents. Repeated paper leaks compromise the future of the youth. It doesn’t matter who the criminal is, a strict investigation should be conducted to stop such recurring paper leaks.”
In his critique of the opposition, Gehlot claimed that the BJP was misleading the people and trying to foment rumors about the government.
“3.5 lakh people are getting jobs, the credit of which is not given. BJP is deliberately misleading the public, making false allegations, taking false names of officers’ involvement in the case. We have achieved promises we made 4 years ago in the public manifesto,” Gehlot said while attacking BJP.
Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot presided over the Chintan Shivir, which was attended by all Cabinet ministers and ministers of state. The roadmap was covered in depth by the ministers of education, health, agriculture, and animal husbandry.
