Rajasthan News: Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma will be in Jhunjhunu on June 27 to disburse the increased pension amounts under the Social Security Pension Scheme directly into the pensioners’ bank accounts through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
Pension Increase Details
Effective from April 1, 2024, the pension amount has been increased from ₹1000 to ₹1150. This initiative, named “Khushiyon Ki Pension” (Pension of Happiness), will benefit 8.844 million social security pensioners across the state.

A total of ₹1038.55 crore will be transferred to the beneficiaries’ accounts during this drive.
