Rajasthan News: RSRTC Launches Online Booking for Ayodhya Bus Services, Inaugural Run on Feb 15

Rajasthan News: The Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation (RSRTC) is set to introduce online ticket booking for its bus services to Ayodhya starting from Sunday. In an official press release, it was announced that Chief Minister Bhajan Lal would ceremoniously flag off the inaugural service from Jaipur on February 15.

Initially, RSRTC plans to initiate one daily service from each of the seven divisions within the state,” revealed an RSRTC official.

Inaugural Run on Feb 15

The timings and fares for the seven bus services originating from Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Bharatpur, Bikaner, Kota, and Ajmer have been decided by RSRTC. The fare for the Jaipur-Ayodhya route is set at Rs 1,079, with Bharatpur having the lowest fare at Rs 836, and Udaipur the highest at Rs 1,480.

As per current schedules, buses from Jaipur to Ayodhya will depart at 1:15 pm, reaching Ayodhya at 6:30 am the next day. The return journey from Ayodhya to Jaipur will commence at 11:30 am, arriving in Jaipur at 4:45 am the following morning. The route will include stops at Agra, Lucknow, and Faizabad, providing convenient travel options for passengers along the way. With online booking now available, RSRTC aims to streamline the process and enhance accessibility for travelers.
