Rajasthan News: Temperature Rise Across Rajasthan due to Active Western Disturbances

Rajasthan News: With active western disturbances influencing the weather, most areas in the state of Rajasthan have witnessed a surge in temperatures. Karauli, experiencing the coldest conditions, recorded a minimum temperature of 5.5 degrees Celsius, according to reports from the Meteorological Department.

Temperature Trends Across the State

Majority of the state has observed a consistent increase in temperatures, rising by nearly 4 degrees Celsius. Jaipur, the capital city, experienced a relatively warmer morning with a minimum temperature of 12.7 degrees Celsius. Cloudy conditions prevailed, accompanied by mild fog and mist in the morning, although it had minimal impact on road and rail traffic.

Upcoming Weather Conditions

The Meteorological Office in Jaipur forecasts a possibility of mild showers in scattered locations in Jaipur on Sunday. Despite the rise in temperatures, the weather outlook suggests ongoing variations.

Temperature Rankings in Various Cities

Karauli emerged as the coldest city with a temperature of 5.5 degrees Celsius, followed by Alwar at 5.6 degrees Celsius, Pilani at 6.8 degrees Celsius, Dholpur at 8.5 degrees Celsius, and Anta at 9 degrees Celsius.

Western Rajasthan’s Temperature Trends

In western Rajasthan, the mercury exhibited an upward trend with Jaisalmer recording a minimum temperature of 12.4 degrees Celsius, Jodhpur at 16.2 degrees Celsius, and Barmer at 17 degrees Celsius.
