The morning in Kota was marked by intense heat, with intermittent spells of sunshine and clouds. Scattered rain showers occurred in some parts during the afternoon. While the new Kota area remained dry, the old Kota city, including areas like Thegada, Borkheda, Nayapura, and the station region, experienced light rain. However, the weather cleared up quickly, leading to a humid environment that left people sweating. At around 5 PM, dark clouds gathered, and a heavy downpour ensued, accompanied by strong winds.

During the rain, there were also instances of lightning and thunder. The streets saw water flow, and several low-lying areas experienced waterlogging. After the rain, residents ventured out to enjoy the pleasant weather at various tourist spots. The clogged drains in the Police Line area resulted in water spilling onto the roads. The Bahadur Singh Circle also faced waterlogging, causing inconvenience to the public. By Saturday morning, Bundi had recorded 81 mm of rain, Hindoli 70 mm, Nainwa 5 mm, K.Patan 61 mm, Talera 61 mm, and Indergarh 8 mm.
