Rajasthan’s tableau stole the show in the 75th Republic Day parade in New Delhi, presenting a vibrant depiction of the state’s rich cultural traditions, striking handicrafts, and renowned tourism destinations.
- Theme – “Viksit Bharat Main – Padharo Mahare Desh – Rajasthan”: The tableau’s theme, translated as “Welcome to Our Developed India – Welcome to Our Land – Rajasthan,” aimed to highlight the tourism potential of the state. It showcased various elements representing Rajasthan’s unique identity.
- Ghoomar Dance Form: The front of the tableau featured the iconic ghoomar dance form, an integral part of Rajasthan’s cultural heritage. This traditional dance, performed by women, adds to the state’s allure.
