Through the Teacher Interface for Excellence (TIE) program 2023, 500 teachers from Government Colleges, Government Polytechnic Colleges and Universities of Rajasthan will now get an opportunity to get teaching-related training in prestigious institutions of the country and abroad.
Through research and training in these institutions, teachers will be exposed to the latest ideas and teaching methods. This will strengthen the education system of the state.
Teacher Interface for Excellence (TIE) Program 2023 for College Teachers:
The proposal of Teacher Interface for Excellence (TIE) program has been approved by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot.
This program will cost Rs 23.50 crore in the financial year 2023-24
This program will strengthen the research and training facility. Appropriate guidelines will be issued soon.
Specialized training in QS and NIRF ranked institutes:
Teachers will be able to train in institutions ranked 1 to 100 QS rank abroad and 1 to 100 National Institute Ranking Framework (NIRF) rank in India.
With this, teachers will be introduced and trained in excellent educational policies and programs run.
As a result, quality teaching and research in higher education would be encouraged.
The position of higher education institutions of Rajasthan will be strong and secure in the grading of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council.
The Teacher Interface for Excellence (TIE) program 2023 will be planned for training programs ranging from 1 to 6 months in duration. This scheme will be run by Rajasthan State Faculty Development Academy.
