Ranchi News: Azim Premji Foundation will set up a Hospital and Medical college in the city. The announcement was made by Azim Premji during the 11th Convocation of the University. He also announced the introduction of a New Master Plan Program at the Bhopal campus. Speaking on the occasion Azim Premji said, Our University in Bhopal is already operational with 200 students enrolled in undergraduate and Post graduate courses. This Network will play a pivotal role in nurturing young leaders dedicated to driving social change.
‘More Hospitals will be built in other Locations’
The University was built 13 years ago and all its Alumnis are associated with Reputed companies in various sectors across the nation including Health sector, education, Medical care, Infrastructure, IT and Governance. The Foundation is currently running 3 Health sectors for the low income people in Bengaluru which is benefitting over 50000 under privileged people.
‘Our Focus is to educate every child of the country’
The University is currently trying to educate those children whose studies suffered during Pandemic. Efforts are being made to provide text books and deliver education to each and every child of the country.
