Ranchi News: : Indian Institute of Management (Ranchi )launches Management development program to promote Marketing skills for the Self Help groups of Jharkhand’s Lohardaga district. The Management Development Program will be held in association with the Deputy Commissioner of Lohardaga. The main purpose of this program is to train SHG Representatives with essential marketing knowledge and skills. The Management Development Program has been awarded to IIM Ranchi by the Deputy Commissioner of Lohardaga.
Over 30 Self Help Groups participated in the event
The 10 day long Management Development Program is being held at Rural Self Employment Training institute of Lohardaga. Over 30 Self Help Groups will participate in the program. The event will be conducted in Hindi language so that all the participants will be able to understand the concepts taught during the event by the Faculty members. The event Director said that we believe in Global Orientation and local representativeness and this program is a platform through which they will be supporting local communities.
Program will focus on Market Research, Digital Marketing
The Management Development Program will also focus on topics like market research, product positioning, branding, pricing strategies and digital marketing. All the participants will achieve valuable lessons in these fields along with practical knowledge.
