Ranchi News: The Jharkhand school education and literacy department is organizing a ‘State Level Arts and Crafts Exhibition cum Sale’ at Audrey House in the state’s capital from November 3 to 5. The event will bring together young artists from across the state, providing a platform for them to showcase their artistic talents.
Platform for Young Artists
- 150 Young Artists: The exhibition will feature 150 young artists from 24 districts in Jharkhand.
Empowering Young Entrepreneurs
- Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT): The artworks and creative materials displayed at the exhibition will be available for sale, with the proceeds being directly transferred to the children’s bank accounts through Direct Benefit Transfer. This approach empowers young artists and teaches them valuable vocational skills.
- Entrepreneurial Skills: The education department plans to provide training to children in online trading, enabling them to market their products online and prepare for future entrepreneurial ventures.
- Chief Minister’s Recognition: Jharkhand’s Chief Minister Hemant Soren will personally recognize and award the winning children for their creations.
- Certificates for Participants: Every participant will receive a certificate acknowledging their artistic contribution to the program.
The ‘State Level Arts and Crafts Exhibition cum Sale’ not only encourages artistic expression but also equips young artists with practical skills and knowledge to become successful entrepreneurs in the future.
