The city will start the 4th phase of the E-Auction of Plots
The city is going to launch the 4th phase of the auction of plots. Ranchi is one of the 100 smart cities under the smart city mission of the Government of India. To develop the city, the Government of India has offered opportunities to investors in the areas of Real estate, health, education, housing, and hospitality.
The main motive is to develop the city
The main purpose of this motive is to provide clean water and electricity to the people of Ranchi. The whole plan is to develop the city in different ways like preparing proper solid waste management, IT connectivity, Digitalization, and public participation. The development of the smart city will take place through 2 major components, Area based and Pan-city development projects. The focus of area-based development is to create a city with the latest state-of-the-art infrastructure. The Pan city development project will provide a platform that aims at providing transport and traffic under one system.
