Ranchi News: The city is going to be developed in 656 acres in HEC area in Dhurva. Government allotted 721 crores of land to the HEC. Over 15000 Residential flats will be built in the city and more than 70000 people will live in these flats. Cycle Tracks and Pedestrian Paths have been given priority along the roads of the smart city. Plot auction process has already started in the city complex. Registration for the auction of 36 plots will be held from 2nd sept to 3rd October.
Plots will be made for Educational, Industrial Sector
Maximum 14 plots will be for commercial use in the auction launched by the Ranchi smart city corporation. The Reserve Price is 13.24 crore per acre. There will be 8 plots in the educational and Industrial sector and their price will be 2.07 crores. Apart from this,. Plots will also be made for the Art and Craft, Fashion and institute of Hotel Management.
Over 6.59 acres of Land will be used for Malls
Over 6.59 acres of land will be available for the construction of mall. 5 acre plot has been available for the construction of a Five star Hotel . The Project will also have a Hospital along with Mobile Towers, Parks etc.
