Ranchi News: The Weather Department has warned of heavy rains in the city. The state has been witnessing light showers since last night. According to the Weather Department, many areas will have thunder storms with heavy rains.The most affected areas will be Bokaro, Sahibganj, Devghar, Pakud . Residents have been asked to stay indoors and not step out in order to avoid any unpleasant situation.
People advised to stay inside during Rains
With the onset of Monsoon, many states have been facing water logging and transport issue due to the heavy rains. IMD spokesperson has advised the parents to not send their children to school during the heavy rains, as there will be water logging and transportation issues in many roads and it is also likely to hamper the traffic routes in many places. People have been advised not to use their Mobile Phones during rainy season and try to keep their gadgets inside their Hand bags.
