Delhi-NCR News: In order to boost Mobile Connectivity inside Trains, NCRTC has asked requested Mobile Service Providers to provide strong Network services especially inside the trains so that passengers don’t face network issues while travelling or communicating on their cell phones. Many Passengers face Networking issues while travelling in trains especially when the train enters the tunnel. Unlike Delhi Metro, NCRTC aims to deliver better services to the passengers when the Train Service begins.
Passengers will get better connectivity through IBS Service
The customers will be able to get better service through this operation. The Service provider will also offer solutions for different types of telecom services including GSM, UMTS, LTE and 5G technologies. Passengers inside the train usually suffer signal issues or No Network issues when the train enters the underground area.
NCRTC: We want to ensure better connectivity in Rapid X Trains
NCRTC Official also said that they want to address the connectivity issue before the train service starts so that passengers will not face any connectivity issue while travelling. Passengers travelling in Delhi Metro often face connectivity issues when the train crosses a tunnel. We want to ensure this won’t happen in Rapid X trains.
