Lawrence Bishnoi: The notorious Lawrence Bishnoi has become a significant threat to Bollywood star Salman Khan. Recently, a bounty of ₹1,11,11,111 has been placed on Bishnoi for his elimination. The Kshatriya Karni Sena announced this substantial reward due to rising concerns surrounding Bishnoi’s gang, which includes the murder of NCP leader Baba Siddique and various criminal incidents linked to his operations.
Why Karni Sena Put a Bounty on Lawrence Bishnoi
Raj Shekhawat openly criticised both the Central and Gujarat governments. He accused them of failing to tackle the growing criminal influence of Lawrence Bishnoi’s syndicate. Shekhawat stated that the reward aims to ensure the safety and security of the people. The Bishnoi gang has recently admitted to being behind the assassination of NCP leader Baba Siddique in Mumbai.
Lawrence Bishnoi’s Criminal Activities
Lawrence Bishnoi, currently in Gujarat’s Sabarmati jail, is involved in cross-border drug smuggling. His gang is known for its widespread criminal activities, including the shooting outside Salman Khan’s residence and the murder of Baba Siddique. The gang has also been linked to the killing of Khalistani sympathizer Sukha Duneke and firing incidents outside the homes of Punjabi artists AP Dhillon and Gippy Grewal in Canada.
The Link to Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi’s Murder
In the video, Raj Shekhawat accused Lawrence Bishnoi of being responsible for the killing of Karni Sena chief, Amar Shaheed Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi. Gogamedi was fatally shot in Jaipur on December 5, 2023. The Lawrence Bishnoi gang later took responsibility for the assassination.
Despite being jailed, Lawrence Bishnoi’s criminal operations continue to pose a major threat across India. Concerns about his influence have intensified, particularly due to death threats directed at Salman Khan and recent killing of NCP leader Baba Siddique.
