Arvind Kejriwal: On Saturday, Sunita Kejriwal, the spouse of Arvind Kejriwal, released a statement. In this, he claimed that AAP convenor and chief minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal, had conveyed a message to AAP members from behind bars.
Arvind Kejriwal’s Arrest
Arvind Kejriwal’s wife Sunti Kejriwal, while reading the message sent by Arvind Kejriwal from jail during a press conference, said – “My dear countrymen, I have been arrested. Whether I am inside or outside, I will continue to serve the country every moment. Every moment of my life is dedicated to the country, every fiber of my body is for the country. My very life on this earth is meant for struggle. That is why this arrest does not surprise me. I must have done a lot of good deeds in my previous life because I was born in a great country like India. Together we have to make India great again. There are many forces inside and outside the country which are weakening India.”
He went on to say that we need to recognise these forces, stay vigilant, and combat them. India itself is home to a multitude of nationalistic forces that seek to advance the country. We must establish a connection with these forces and fortify them even more.
Sunita Kejriwal’s Reflections on Loved Ones’ Worries
Sunit Kejriwal said, “My mother and sisters in Delhi must be thinking that Kejriwal has gone inside and does not know whether he will get Rs 1000 or not,” when he read the CM’s statement. These bars were not intended to hold your brother and son in prison. I’ll keep my word and make an appearance soon. Has Kejriwal ever made a promise that hasn’t been kept to this point? Since your brother and son are formed of iron, could you kindly go to the temple and ask God to bless me?”
Sunita continued, “My appeal to the Aam Aadmi Party workers is that the work of public service should not stop and for this reason do not hate the BJP people—the BJP people are also our brothers and sisters,” as she read Arvind Kejriwal’s message. I’ll be back shortly.
