Bihar’s political community is in mourning for Sushil Modi, a well-known member of the BJP and a former deputy chief minister of the state, who passed away at Delhi’s All-India Institute of Medical Sciences.
Struggle with Cancer
Sushil Modi, 72, had spent the last six months fighting cancer. Due to a major decrease in his health, he spent the final month of his life in the AIIMS critical care unit. Modi continued to do his tasks with dedication despite his illness, but in the end, his health caused him to withdraw from the current Lok Sabha elections.
