Two people killed in suspected gang-related violence in Delhi

Delhi: On Tuesday, 2 peple were found dead in in northeast Delhi’s Welcome area. Police has suspicions that this might be a case of gang related violence. The deceases- Bablu and Pradeep were daily wage labourers. Their bodies were found about 300 meters from each other.

They police got note of incident around 2:15 am and they rushed to the scene, finding bodies of two 40 years old and they also recovered wo empty 9 mm bullet shells near the crime scene.

Aftermath of incident

Initial investigations has revealed that Bablu was shot twice in chest and lower abdomen while Pradeep was hit in his stomach twice. They were rushed to the GTB Hospital where they were declared dead.

Police has suspicion that the deaths happened because of mutual enmity. Bablu had 13 cases of snatching and theft filed against him. A case has been registered and police has started to probe the incident.
