Telangana News: In a horrifying display of events, a man in Telangana was attacked by 4 people in broad daylight in full public view. The incident occurred in Suryapet on Thursday. The police have arrested the 4 attackers which includes a techie.
Santosh was immediately rushed to the nearby hospital for treatment. The doctors have desribed Santosh’s condition as stable. The video of incident was captured on a CCTV and is widely circulating on social media.
The incident
According to the police that attack took place near a Muthoot Finance office.
As per the reports Santosh and Krishna, one of the accused had a longstanding rivalry between them which became catalyst for the attack. The other attackers were identified as Manideep, P Mahesh and Prem Naidu. The accused were closely monitoring Santosh’s activities and took the first opportunity to assault him.
The accused then proceeded to attack Santosh inflicting knife injuries and they also carried out attack with boulders. Santosh then managed to escape after intervention from some local people.
Arrest of the accused
All the four accuse have been identified and arrested by the police. A case has been filed against the four accused under Section 307 of Indian Penal Code(IPC). The case is being investigated further with attempt to murder and relevant sections of Arms Act filed against the 4 accused.
