Uttar Pradesh News: New Rules for Government Job Seekers in UP; Will Have to Declare Asserts & Submit Affidavit of ‘No Dowry Required’

Uttar Pradesh News: Now, the government will need two requirements of all young people applying for government jobs in the state of Uttar Pradesh. They must fill out an affidavit about dowry in addition to reporting their assets. Young people who are hired for new government positions must declare their assets at the time of hiring. Additionally, they will be required to produce an affidavit declaring that they are not receiving dowry. They will have a month from the date they get the order letter to submit numerous essential affidavits of this nature.

Affidavits and Certificates Required for Hiring

Before being hired, young people who pass the State and Senior Subordinate Services Examination must provide numerous affidavits and certificates. Before being hired, each candidate will have to certify that they are neither in debt nor in default. Assurance that you have only one husband or wife. The requirement to not accept dowry must be documented. They must include any mobile and immovable assets they own as permanent members.

Government’s Intentions Behind Affidavit Requirements for Job Applicants

The intention behind doing this by the government is that before giving a job, it wants to check the person’s marital status and his thinking about dowry.
