A video shared by news agency ANI captured the vivid display of several images on the clock tower, enhancing the cityscape amid the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area.
Ayodhya Ram Temple Consecration Ceremony on January 22
The grand consecration ceremony of the Ram temple in Ayodhya is scheduled for January 22, and the seven-day Vedic rituals (Pran Pratishtha) commenced on Tuesday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is slated to be the chief guest at this auspicious event, which has garnered invitations to thousands, including celebrities, saints, and politicians.
Key Rituals Leading to Consecration
On Wednesday, the idol of Ram Lalla was reverently placed inside the sanctum sanctorum of the Ram temple, as announced by Shri Ram Mandir Construction Committee Chairperson Nripendra Mishra. Preceding this momentous event, a special puja was conducted within the temple premises. According to Mishra, the formal installation of the Lord Ram idol in the sanctum sanctorum is anticipated to occur on Thursday.
