Uttarakhand News: October 28th, 2023 saw the final lunar eclipse of the year. The Badrinath and Kedarnath Temple Committee, meanwhile, made a significant choice on Saturday and shut the doors. It was considered unlucky to worship God during the Sutak period. The daily worship at Badrinath and Kedarnath temples began at 4.30 am today, following purification in ‘Brahma Muhurta’ following the eclipse. Brahma Muhurta Reopening
Let us inform you that the devotees were unable to receive darshan from their adored deity during the eclipse also seemed to be upsetting them. Ajendra Ajay had already announced that on Sunday, October 29, in the morning, the doors to the temples of Badrinath and Kedarnath would open for Shudhikaran Puja’s Brahma Muhurta.
Routine Puja Programs Resumed in the Dham
All puja programmes will now be scheduled on a regular basis in the Dham. Shri Omkareshwar Temple in Ukhimath, Yoga Badri Pandukeshwar, Bhavishya Badri Tapovan, Shri Trijuginarayan Temple, Shri Vishwanath Temple Guptkashi, Shri Kalimath Temple, and Panch Badri Temples are among the subordinate shrines of Shri Badrinath and Shri Kedarnath. Puja preparations have begun in conjunction with the eclipse.
