Uttarakhand News : Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami is embarking on a three-day visit to the United Arab Emirates to invite investors to the Uttarakhand Global Investors Summit 2023, scheduled to take place in Dehradun in December. Dhami’s visit to the UAE is part of a strategy to draw investments to the state and ensure the success of the upcoming summit.

During his visit to the UAE, the Chief Minister will have a packed schedule, which includes holding a Business to Government (B2G) meeting with various industrial groups in Dubai on October 17. He will also participate in a road show in the evening. On October 18, Dhami is scheduled to meet with the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce in the UAE’s capital, Abu Dhabi. Additionally, the Chief Minister will address a seminar organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (Abu Dhabi Chapter).

In September, Dhami visited England for a similar outreach effort and signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) worth Rs 12,500 crore, and this UAE visit is aimed at attracting further investments and interest in the upcoming summit.
To streamline the process for investors and ensure they face no hassles while participating in the Global Investors Summit, a local office of Hexaware Technology was inaugurated in Dehradun, providing necessary support and services for interested investors. This initiative reflects the state’s commitment to promoting investment and economic development in Uttarakhand.
