Sources claim that the policy would be discussed at the upcoming cabinet meeting on September 1.According to sources, the new strategy would place a lot of emphasis on the two areas of health and education.
The focus would be on giving those eager to open medical facilities or educational institutions in the Himalayan state’s hill districts the necessary assistance and relaxations.
