Diwali 2023: Ayodhya is getting ready to celebrate a magnificent ‘Deepotsav’ on the eve of Diwali, aiming to set a world record by illuminating the city with 2.4 million traditional earthen lamps at 51 ghats along the Saryu river. The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Path is adorned with a variety of flowers for the occasion, and over 25,000 volunteers will light the diyas simultaneously with the help of drones for the record attempt.
Evnet will be inaugurated by Yogi Adityanath
The event will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and attended by numerous dignitaries, including ambassadors from over 50 countries. The festivities include the coronation of the person playing the role of Lord Ram, Aarti, and the inauguration of the festival of lights at Ram Ki Paidi.
Ramlila Performance:
Visitors will also enjoy a Ramlila performance from four countries, and hospitals are on alert for any emergencies. People from all over the country, including tribal guests from Jharkhand, are joining the grand Deepotsav celebration, making it a truly memorable event.
