Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, has received a postcard from a British MP praising him on the “changed perception” of the state.
“Honourable Yogi Adityanath, I would like to congratulate you for achieving great successes in UP and bringing peace to the state,” the Indian-born British MP Virendra Sharma wrote in his postcard. On this occasion, Shantanu gave British MP Virendra Sharma a copy of his best-selling graphic novel, “Ajay to Yogi Adityanath.”
Each of his graphic novels includes a postcard readers may use to contact Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh. In a message, British MP Virendra Sharma praised the CM of Uttar Pradesh.
Author Shantanu Gupta spoke before the House of Commons about Uttar Pradesh’s progress towards development. He claimed that because of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, “Brand India” has grown in popularity around the globe and “Brand UP” has established itself as a powerful brand within India.
First in Central Government’s implementation of more than 40 initiatives
Shantanu added that the Yogi administration has turned Uttar Pradesh, which was before renowned for lawlessness, corruption, and ineffective governance, into one of the top investment destinations. UP moved up two spots in the list of “Ease of Doing Business,” from 14th to second, since 2017. The author also noted that Uttar Pradesh is currently ranked first in the Central Government’s implementation of more than 40 initiatives.
The Uttar Pradesh expressway, new airports, 24-hour power, and a strong sense of law and order are just a few of Uttar Pradesh’s modern accomplishments. Additionally, Shantanu revealed some fascinating exchanges he had with Yogi Adityanath’s father, Anand Singh Bisht.
The author informed the attendees at the British Parliament that during his extensive conversation with Anand Ji for the book’s research, Anand Ji revealed that his only material property was a small blue one-and-a-half-room cottage in Panchur village. His meagre salary as a forest guard was all he could hope to make in his entire life.
