Ghazipur Court Convicts Mafia Mukhtar Ansari In Gangster Case

Ghazipur’s MP-MLA court today convicted Mukhtar Ansari in the gangster case. Ghazipur’s MP MLA court convicted jailed mafia Mukhtar Ansari in a gangster case and sentenced him to 10 years imprisonment and a fine of Rs 5 lakh. Afzal Ansari, MP from Ghazipur, can go to parliament if he is sentenced to more than two years in the Gangster Act. Before the court hearing, Alka Rai, wife of BJP MLA Krishnanand Rai, said that I believe in the judiciary. The rule of goons, mafias is over. Will remain in jail, otherwise will go up.

BJP MLA Krishnanand Rai was murdered in Ghazipur in 2005. In the year 2007, a case was registered against Mukhtar and Afzal Ansari under the Gangster Act. In this case, the murder of Krishnanand Rai in 2005 and the kidnapping of Nand Kishore Rungta was made the basis. Today the MP-MLA court of Ghazipur will give its decision at 2 pm.

If the MP-MLA court sentences Afzal Ansari to a sentence of more than two years, then his parliamentarianship is sure to be lost. Earlier, the hearing was to be held on April 15, but due to non-availability of the presiding officer, the hearing could not take place and the hearing went ahead.
