ITBP jawan hatched a conspiracy to implicate the minor brother of the rape victim to compromise in Muzaffarnagar. He wanted to press for the verdict in the rape case registered against him. So, with the help of his sister and an accomplice, he prepared a woman for two lakh rupees and tried to implicate the teenager in the case of rape by calling her to the hotel. Police took the woman and her cousin into custody and recorded their statements. After this they was released after posting bond.
Mandi Kotwali in-charge Mahavir Singh said that two days ago in the afternoon a young woman had informed on Dial 112 that her married cousin had been kidnapped by three youths and taken to a hotel. When the police reached the hotel, the teenager and the woman were found present in the room. The woman accused the teenager of raping her at gunpoint. However, in the search, the police could not find a pistol from the room. Considering the matter as suspicious, the police started investigation without registering a case. When the girl who gave the information was called to the police station and questioned, a shocking revelation came to light.
According to the Kotwali in-charge, the girl told that Subodh, a resident of Shukratal area, is an ITBP jawan. He is posted in Jammu. Subodh had made her a mouthful sister. He asked to find a girl to register a case of rape against a young man. Talking about giving two lakh rupees to her married cousin, the girl convinced her for this work. Promised to file one lakh cases and give one lakh later. Subodh got his friend Ajmer to meet his sister. After this, the cousin started talking to Kishore by making a missed call. By talking continuously, he called the teenager to meet him at the hotel, where he tried to physically abuse her. Not only this, he was also accused of rape.
Hence the conspiracy solved
According to the Kotwali in-charge, ITBP jawan Subodh was accused of kidnapping and raping a teenager in 2019. This case is on trial in the court. To avoid punishment, Subodh conspired to file a case of rape against the minor brother of the victim. So that there can be a settlement in the case going on trial.
Jawan made accused on the basis of statement of women
According to Kotwali in-charge Mahavir Singh, the police took the woman and her cousin into custody and recorded their statements. After this he was released after posting bond. Told that on the basis of the statements of both, the ITBP jawan and his accomplice have also been made accused in the case filed by Kishore’s brother. Two days back, Kishore’s brother had lodged a complaint against the woman for falsely implicating her in the rape case.
