He was unable to remember anything that had occurred after, but he did observe some strangers escorting him.In the meantime, on Wednesday, a FIR was filed under IPC sections 323 (voluntary causing hurt), 308 (attempt to commit culpable homicide), 420 (fraud), 120B (criminal conspiracy), and section 7 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act against the developer of the Alaya Apartments.At the Hazratganj police station, a FIR was filed against Mohammad Tariq, Nawajish Shahid, and Fahad Yazdani, according to officials.
