Lucknow News: Water Supply Disruption in Old Lucknow on November 28th

Lucknow News: Residents in a substantial area of Old Lucknow are set to face a temporary water crisis on November 28th due to a crucial infrastructure project near the Gaughat Raw Water Pumping Station.

The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is currently undertaking the construction of a flyover under the green corridor, with significant implications for the existing 1200 mm drinking water pipeline beneath it. To facilitate the ongoing construction, the Jal Nigam (Urban) is scheduled to shift the pipeline on November 28th, resulting in a disruption of water supply to several areas connected to the Gaughat Raw Water Pumping Station.
