The girl’s brother has identified the body. According to the police, the girl’s father killed her. Prima facie the case seems to be of honor killing.
Father put to death
The dead body of the girl found in Mathura has been identified as Ayushi Yadav. Her age is 21 years. She is the daughter of Nitesh Yadav living in Delhi. It was the father who shot the daughter in the chest. After this, it was packed in a suitcase and thrown away. According to police sources, the father has confessed that he killed his daughter Ayushi for her pride.
Father was angry because of this
Disclosing the matter, SP City said that the father had shot and killed the daughter. Mother Brijbala was also involved in the murder. The brother of the deceased girl identified Ayushi. The parents refused to identify. The SP told that after scanning more than 200 CCTV footage and tracing more than 20 thousand mobiles, the police had reached Delhi. Nitish’s family is originally from Gorakhpur. However, the family has been living in Delhi’s Badarpur Mode Bandh area for many years.
Police told that Ayushi had gone somewhere without informing from home. She had married a young man named Chhatrapal a year ago in the Arya Samaj temple. Disagreement was going on in the house regarding the same. After which, on November 17, the father killed Ayushi by firing two bullets from a government pistol. The same night, keeping Ayushi’s body in a suitcase, she was thrown into the bushes. The father has also accepted this thing in his statement to the police.
Police arrested the accused father
The police have arrested both the accused father and mother of the deceased. He is under interrogation. The police have recovered the car and the licensed pistol used in the murder case, from which the incident was carried out.
