Meerut News: Great news for students interested in pursuing a postgraduate course in Astrology! Previously, students had to go to universities in other states for their studies, but now they have a fantastic opportunity. The Department of Sanskrit Oriental Languages at Chaudhary Charan Singh University is introducing a program where students can study various subjects related to astrology right on campus.
The registration process will be conducted online for those who wish to pursue a postgraduate degree in Astrology from the university campus
Professor Dr. Vachaspati Mishra, who coordinates the Department of Sanskrit Oriental Languages, shared in an interview that starting from the 2023-24 academic session, students can enroll for this program. The registration process will be conducted online for those who wish to pursue a postgraduate degree in Astrology from the university campus.
The annual tuition fee for the postgraduate program is set at Rs 5000, along with some security fees. These security fees will be refundable to the students after they complete their studies. Compared to the fees in universities from other states, this is much more affordable.
Dr. Vachaspati also emphasized the employment prospects for students who excel in their astrology studies. Those who master this subject will have various job opportunities available to them. Successful performance in the field of astrology can lead to a distinguished reputation in society.
The program structure involves two semesters per year for students studying Diploma and Degree courses in Astrology. This means that students pursuing a Diploma will complete their studies in one year, while those pursuing an MA in Astrology will complete a two-year course over four semesters.
