An encounter took place in broad daylight between the Muradnagar Police of Ghaziabad and the Gangster Monu Chowdhary, who is wanted in two murder cases. During this, Monu Chowdhary alias Vishal got killed in the cross firing. Two policemen were also seriously injured in this encounter. Monu’s father’s name is Deepak and he is a resident of Ukhlarsi.
Monu Chowdhary was wanted in connection with two murders that took place in the last two months. Dozens of cases including murder, robbery, extortion and gangster act are registered against him. The police was engaged in its search for a long time.

Monu Chowdhary alias Vishal s/o Deepak r/o Ukhlarsi Muradnagar Ghaziabad in an incident of cross firing in PS Muradnagar, carrying a reward of Rs 50,000. He was killed in a police encounter at around 3:30 pm.

Monu Chowdhary was wanted in 2 murder cases that took place in the last 2 months. A total of 12 criminal cases including murder, robbery, extortion, gangster are registered against him. Recently, the Ghaziabad police had also attached assets worth Rs 29 crore of his gang members under the Gangster Act. Two policemen were also injured in this incident of cross firing.
