On occasion of New Year ‘Ganga Aarti’ performed in Varanasi

Everyone wants to start the new year (New Year 2023) well. Some go for a trip to the mountains, some party in a hotel or restaurant, but a new trend is starting in all sections, including the youth. The trend is to start the new year with darshan of your deity in the temple. In view of this, a large number of people have reached all the religious places including Mathura, Vrindavan, Varanasi and Ayodhya.

10 lakh crowd reached Mathura-Vrindavan

According to local media reports, around one million people are estimated to be present in Mathura and Vrindavan from December 31 to January 2. This series continues. During this, heavy arrangements have been made at Banke Bihari Temple in Vrindavan. Along with this, the police also made a big plan to enter Vrindavan. All the vehicles coming from outside have been parked in the outside parking.

Special Ganga Aarti at Assi Ghat

Apart from this, a special Ganga Aarti was organized at Assi Ghat on the first morning of the new year in Varanasi. Thousands of people were present during this. To see the Ganga Aarti, devotees boarded boats and reached amidst the waves of the Ganges. On the other hand, queues of people have been seen in Varanasi’s Kashi Vishwanath temple to have darshan of Mahadev. In Varanasi also, the number of people in lakhs has been estimated to be identified.

Due to the presence of Taj Mahal in Agra, there have also been reports of lakhs of people arriving here. A local media report has told that all the hotels in Agra are already booked from 31st December to 2nd January. It has been told that for the first time after the Corona period, the tourism business of Agra is expected to earn well.
