The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, overseeing temple construction, revealed details of the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony, set to commence at 10 am. The ceremony promises a majestic ‘mangal dhwani’ and features over 50 instruments from various states, resonating for nearly two hours.
Week-Long Rituals and Vedic Rites
A week of intricate rituals led by 121 priests, chanting Sanskrit hymns and performing Vedic rites, culminates in the final consecration ceremony. Scheduled to begin at 12:20 pm on January 22, Prime Minister Modi will preside over the ceremony, concluding by around 1 pm.
Renowned Sculptor’s Creation
A 51-inch stone idol by renowned sculptor Arun Yogiraj of Karnataka now graces the sanctum sanctorum, adding to the spiritual significance of the Ram Temple.
