The winter session of the UP Legislative Assembly has started from Monday. Paying tribute on the first day, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that Mulayam Singh Yadav remained the Chief Minister of the state thrice. With his death, a struggling era of Indian politics came to an end.
In view of the winter session of the Legislative Assembly, the traffic system around Hazratganj will be changed from 8 am on Monday. During this, the movement of normal vehicles will be restricted on many routes. Motorists will have to take an alternate route. There will be tight security arrangements around Vidhan Bhavan and Lok Bhavan.

State government has proposed to present its first supplementary budget for 2022-2023 in the winter session
Vidhansabha Principal Secretary Pradeep Kumar Dubey had sent a letter to all the Vidhansabha members last days and told that the session of UP Vidhansabha is proposed from 5th December to 7th December. The state government has proposed to present its first supplementary budget for 2022-2023 in the winter session. The state government can do some legislative work and can also introduce ordinances promulgated after the monsoon session of the state legislature.
