On November 4, 2022, chief secretary Durga Shankar Mishra issued a Government Order (GO) detailing the functioning of the online site that had been created for the purpose of signing the MoUs and overseeing their implementation. The Invest UP website and Nivesh Mitra’s single window portal will both provide access to the portal. The Investment UP would serve as the focal point for technical administration of the signing of the MoUs processing.

The MoU tracking tool, which was used to follow the execution of MoUs inked at the 2018 UP Investors Summit, will be utilised to monitor the MoUs. The GO requests that a nodal officer be designated by each department to be in charge of taking further action on the portal.
