UP News: Three men accused of allegedly attacking a woman cop in a train were hunt down by the Uttar Pradesh Police and one of the main accused is killed during an encounter. The three men indulged in an argument with the woman cop in a train over train seat issue. One of the men got triggered during the argument and attacked the victim allegedly with a sharp object. The three accused then fled the spot leaving the victim in a pool of blood. The woman cop was later taken to the hospital by the Railway staff. Her condition is stable and is undergoing treatment.
Victim was allegedly attacked with sharp weapon
The victim was on a train to Ayodhya when the incident happened. The accused allegedly attacked the woman cop with a sharp weapon and fled the spot. The victim received two fractures on her skull and was rushed to the hospital after she was found lying in a pool of blood in the coach of the train.
Police Officer was also injured during encounter
The encounter was conducted by the joint team of the Uttar Pradesh police in Inayat nagar. A Police officer also received injuries during the encounter and is undergoing treatment.
